In 1989, Brisbane dietitian Chester Goodsell couldn’t find software that worked for Australian professionals, so he made his own. Three decades later, the product is relied on by hospitals, private practices, universities, and food manufacturers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Does Foodworks work on Mac?
Yes. Foodworks is cloud-based and runs in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, or Linux. No downloads or installations required.
What’s the difference between Professional and Nutrition Labelling?
Professional is for nutrition practitioners: dietary intake analysis, client tracking, meal plans, and clinical reports. Nutrition Labelling is for the food industry: generating compliant food labels (NIPs, Health Star Ratings, allergen statements, Country of Origin) from recipe formulations. If you need both, Foodworks Duo combines them in one subscription.
How does Foodworks integrate with Easy Diet Diary?
Your clients track their food in Easy Diet Diary on their phone. That data flows directly into your Foodworks Professional analysis. No manual data entry, no paper food diaries, no lengthy recall interviews. Easy Diet Diary is free for patients and available on iOS and Android.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You can change your billing period from monthly to annual in the app through your Organisation Settings. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
